Jérôme Hoarau is a renowned business coach and author specialising in soft skills, mind mapping and speed reading. He identifies a set of behavioural skills essential to entrepreneurial success, such as resilience, emotional intelligence and risk-taking.

Jérôme HOARAU

Author, international speaker

Jérôme Hoarau is an internationally-renowned author and lecturer.

Specialising in the skills of the future and the future of work, he gives talks and workshops in companies.

He is also co-organiser of the World Mind Mapping and Speed Reading Championships.

Among his achievements, he was crowned World Champion in Mind Mapping in 2018, UK Champion in the same discipline, and UK Vice-Champion in Speed Reading.

Jérôme Hoarau has published a number of books, particularly on developing soft skills and improving reading speed, including "La boîte à outils des soft skills en santé" (Dunod, 2023), "Bon manager, mode d'emploi" (Diateino, 2023), "Double your reading speed in 30 days" (Alisio, 2023), "Les Gentils Aussi Méritent de Réussir" (Alisio, 2021), "Soft Skills" (Dunod, 2018), and "Le Réflexe Soft Skills" (Dunod, 2014).

Morgane Février "La Fée des Leaders" is an author, speaker and business coach.

Morgane Février is an entrepreneur, certified coach, consultant and speaker with a passion for people and technology.

Since 2012, her mission has been to help leaders, including business leaders and public figures, to make decisions, take on challenges and remain productive and effective while preserving their humanity and values. She is the author of the book "Entreprendre au Féminin" and has created various events and initiatives to support female entrepreneurship.

With over 25 years' experience in the web professions, she has in-depth expertise in SEO, SEA, SMO, as well as strategy and project management. Février also launched the Entrepreneur Podcast in 2014, created Web Entrepreneur Day (WED) in 2016, developed FAST Coaching in 2018, and founded the Académie Business Coach Intuitifs (ABCI) in 2022. In 2023, she co-authored the book "7 personnalités de leader en entreprise" with Jérôme Hoarau.

She is also the author of "Madame IA", a medium on Artificial Intelligence.
